Endurable Building Products is working with Weis Builders to supply 62 alumiLAST balconies for the new Laverne Apartments in Ames, IA.  The balconies arrived with the decking already installed, and the railing cut to size with the posts pre-attached to allow for quick and easy installation.

  

Endurable Building Products recently worked with KGS Construction in Reston, VA to replace steel and concrete stairs at an apartment complex with an alumiLAST stair system featuring aluminum channels and aluminum stair treads.  With our design, the contractor was able to re-use the existing handrail, and our parts fit inside existing steel channels.  This made the project both economical and easy to install.

I would like to thank you and your company for the help with the stair project at Oak Park in Reston Virginia. The project had a lot of variations in heights due to the original construction, but with using your system we were able to lay it out and meet the current building codes quite easily. The project was not the easiest to set up and maintain egress to and from the buildings but due to the speed in which we were able to install your product it enabled us to complete the project ahead of schedule and minimize disturbance to the unit owners. The owners are very happy with the new stairs and we received many compliments along the way.
